In the File Analytics Page, there are several sections with information for you to view:
The Summary tab shows a summary of file statistics including number of unique Editors, word count, cost of file, average cost per word, translation time, and words per hour. The averages and distributions of the QES and TER scores are also available here.
The Segments tab displays all segments in the file, along with their translations and post-edits, word counts, scores, and status.
To view the full segment, click on the arrow on the left-hand side. In this drop-down, you can view the original source and target translation, as well as post-edited and reviewed versions of the segment. Changes made at each stage will be highlighted.
You can use the bar to filter the segments for status and the drop-down menu to show the number of entries that you wish to view. You can also export the segments by clicking on Save Page To Excel.
In the Editors tab you can see the user ID, username and email of each Editor on the file, along with each Editor's statistics for the file.
In the Reviewers tab you can see the user ID, username and email of each Reviewer on the file, along with each Reviewer's statistics for the file.
When your file is complete, the Progress tab will display a log of the file assembly upon completion of the file.
Project File Analysis
The Project Analysis tab shows a breakdown of how each segment in the file was categorized based on the Adjusted Word Count Grid assigned to your account.
Each row displays a different category, and the table shows how many segments belong to that category, the total word and character count, the factor assigned to the category, and the total Adjusted Word Count (AWC). The table also displays how much of the total word count of the file was represented by each category.
Project Lock Logs
The Project Lock Logs tab displays all locks attached to this Project.
