The following are a list of common error situations encountered when building an engine with KantanMT.
Word-count [0]
- Explanation: The system has not found any words in the uploaded files.
- Common Causes:
- Language codes selected in the engine don't match the language codes in the TMX files in the training data
- An unsupported file format has been uploaded
- Solution:
- Verify language codes selected in the engine match the language codes in your files
- Verify files uploaded are in a file format that is supported for building engines
Insufficient Word Count
- Explanation: The system has not found enough data in the uploaded files to build an engine with
- Common Causes:
- 4,000 segments
- 10,000 words
- Language codes selected in the Client Profile only match a small portion of the language codes in the uploaded files, so not all data is found.
- Some files uploaded in unsupported file formats so not all data is found.
- Not enough data uploaded. The minimum amount of data required for building an engine on KantanMT is:
- Solution:
- If you do not have any more data available you can check for more data in KantanLibrary
- Check for different language codes in the files uploaded. Make sure the language codes in all files match the language codes selected in the engine
- Verify all files uploaded are in a supported file format
- If you have uploaded less than files with less than 4,000 segments or less than 10,000 words, then you will need to upload more data in order to build a KantanMT engine.
